Susan Yorke has been in private practice for 28 years while maintaining part-time positions in the public sector, including children’s mental health, inpatient psychiatry, family service agencies, and currently (for the last 20 years) at a university counselling centre.
In addition, she has been involved in training social work interns for 20 years as a field instructor at various universities in Canada and the USA as well as providing consultations to other professionals on relevant issues in the field.
Susan is a Registered Social Worker who provides counselling and psychotherapy. I am committed to honouring diversity and inclusion and welcome individuals of all cultures, religions, and sexual orientations my practice.
She has a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) degrees from McGill University
